  • The Real Belle

Belle, a character I developed based on a real dog rescued by the Bow Valley SPCA speaks with my voice (even though she is a female). She is shown in a typical Talk Show setting explaining how her host (me) has not shown up. The real Belle is very sweet tempered with humans but somewhat unpredictable with other dogs, and at 110 pounds she can be a hand full. I imagine that she can also be a psychological hand full and that is how I portray her. I created her using Poser.

In this clip Belle is taking us on a tour of the facility where she lives--the Bow Valley SPCA, located in Canmore, Alberta. She is outside and in front of the end of the building that is devoted to dog care. I think her doggy sense of humor shows up as she finishes her comments about this area.
