This clip shows the interaction between adults and puppies in a way that we seldom get to see.
The two adults in this clip are reunited after several months of being separated. Blake, the lighter colored adult is the subject of the clip immediately below. Apollo was his roommate before Blake was adopted.
The puppies were rescued from a dumpster several weeks before this video was shot.
Blake was found with a severely broken hip and it was estimated that he had been lost for over a month. Sabo Valley SPCA had to make a decision about amputation versus an expensive hip repair by an orthopedic surgeon. Since Blake was only one year old at the time, it was decided to do the surgery.
This is the beginning of a story about generosity and pay back.
